200 Stab Wounds are back, and they're bringing the carnage. The Cleveland death metal crew just announced their new album Lowest Form, and they've dropped its opening track "Pangs Of Conscience" to set the tone. This is the follow-up to 2023's Slave To The Scalpel expansion and the brutal Manual Manic Procedures, the LP that pushed them from underground favorites to a name people actually shout. The new track is a ripper: churning riffs, guttural vocals, the kind of moment that feels like being dragged into a pit you can't climb out of.
If you loved the sludgy grind of "Skin Milk," you'll find plenty here to sink your teeth into. These guys have built serious momentum, and Lowest Form sounds like the next escalation.
