Aluna is back, and she brought a killer with her. The British singer and electronic force, once half of AlunaGeorge, teams up with Dutch producer Jengi on her new track "Moaning." It's a scintillating dance stunner, the kind of late-night belter that sits right in her wheelhouse.
Think back to 2023's MYCELiUM, an album that deserved way more love than it got. Since then she's kept the momentum rolling: "Houseboy" and "Misbehave" dropped earlier this year, and now this. The woman does not slow down.
"Moaning" leans into that sweaty, sensual club energy she's chased since the AlunaGeorge days, back when "You Know You Like It" ruled the charts. But this feels sharper, more assured, a producer at the peak of her craft.
The Jengi link-up is inspired. His production gives Aluna's vocal room to shimmer and tease, building a track made for dark rooms and loud systems.
A gem for the dancefloor, and proof Aluna keeps getting better.
