Cincinnati's Hustle Culture are back with a new single, and the title alone tells you these guys know exactly what they're doing. It's called "New Government Pyramid Scheme." Great name. Then again, naming things has always been their strong suit.
Last year's debut EP Kill A Computer put them on the map: bracing, urgent, cynical stompers that hit like a live wire. This new track keeps that momentum rolling. It's a ripper, all tension and forward drive, the kind of post-punk belter that grabs you by the collar and refuses to let go.
There's a pattern forming here, and it's a good one. Hustle Culture have a knack for pairing sharp titles with even sharper songs, and "New Government Pyramid Scheme" is the latest proof. The cynicism cuts deep. The hooks cut deeper.
