RIP Magic are done teasing. The genre-blurring London quartet turned a pair of 2025 tracks into a proper wave of buzz, and 2026 has been their year already. Remember "5words" back in January? James Murphy produced that one, and it was a stunner. Then came "Screwdark" and "Light Over There," two heaters that showed these four can shapeshift without losing the thread.
Now the announcement everyone saw coming: their debut album, 1,2,3, is real. To mark the moment they've shared "Stadium Drive," and it's another gem, all coiled tension and payoff, the kind of track that earns its title.
What's wild is how fast this band moved. Two songs to full-length record in barely a year, no filler along the way. Every drop has landed. The London scene has plenty of hype acts, but RIP Magic keep backing theirs up.
1,2,3 is coming, and on this evidence it's going to be a belter. Get in early.
