Slayyyter just dropped another banger, and her 2026 run keeps getting wilder. "i think he's got a girl" is the new one, and it's a stunner. Future pop scholars are going to have to study this era closely.
Rewind to April: that's when she gave us WOR$T GIRL IN AMERICA, the dizzy, auteurist trash-pop opus that landed at #1 on our mid-year list. Since then she's toured hard, playing for huge, rowdy crowds. She even hit the stage with Turnstile this week, which is a moment in itself.
The singles have kept coming, too, building toward her companion record wor$t man in america later this year. Anyone who's followed her since the maximalist chaos of her 2019 mixtape knows she never coasts. She just sharpens.
This track fits right in: glossy, bratty, built for volume. It's the kind of gem that rewards the fans who bought in early.
Slayyyter is on a tear, and there's no sign of a slowdown coming.
