Vitriol are back, and they're swinging hard. The band just dropped "Arterial Bombardment," a new track that frontperson Alex Sason calls "a track full of non-stop riffing, blasting, death metal sickness." That checks out. This is the kind of relentless, no-air death metal these Portland maniacs have been sharpening since their 2019 debut full-length "To Bathe from the Throat of Cowardice," a record that announced them as one of the most vicious new names in the scene.

What a ripper. The riffing is a wall, the drumming is a full-on assault, and Sason's vocals sit somewhere between a snarl and a scream. If you lived inside "Pain Will Define Their Death" or got lost in the chaos of "Crowned in Retaliation," this one lands right where you want it.

Vitriol have always chased intensity over comfort, and "Arterial Bombardment" is proof they haven't eased off a single degree. Turn it up and brace yourself. This is a belter.
